When one thinks of migrants, the picture takes us back once those seeking a better life chances and conditions. What are these "best deal"? Who are these immigrants and there are others?
That there are migrants who leave the "rich West" to search for something else? What seek? The post-contemporary society have failed in something. Many migrants are young people today not only looking for a job or fleeing war and poverty, but looking for 'meaning'.

We are increasingly lost in this era of "non-places and feelings that the sociologist Zygmunt Bauman - one of the leading European intellectuals, among the most original interpreter of contemporary society - has described as 'fluid' in a social uncertain, confused and blurred, looking for new spaces and concrete values. The world we live in a sports appearance increasingly ephemeral and uncertain. Inspired by the horror of maturity - Bauman says - the liquid society needs to modernize or perish. And those who live to run with all their forces to remain in the same position.

Before (like now) we emigrated to work to improve social status, for their families ... But today there is something that adds many young men feel compelled to go to investigate the possibility of a future, for some solitude, emotional distress, to find other roots, creating deep links ... continue to have dreams.
Not necessarily looking for a job, but the actual identity of men. This human mobility from what is moved? Stress, obsessive consumerism, fear, social and individual sellers city, ties fragile and changeable. Emigration is a theme of profound reflection: the exodus of millions of people should be everyone's heritage, but especially young people.

THE PROJECT

We are gathering thoughts, reflections, poems, drawings, etc.. about this new way of seeing the migration of so many young and old. Personal visions that could be the eyes of many men and women of our contemporaries ... Starring: the feelings that move migrants now travel and search for "meaning".

All those who feel certainties waver and move towards the search for new and stronger identity leave with comments, personal creations, studies, research, pictures or just simple thoughts and migrants ... The aim is also to collect material in a final publication (paper or web).
